Today I have a fun and creative carving on CHALK PENCIL sculptures for you.   I’m going to show you how to make Lord Venkateshwara Swami Sculpture simply with a pin and little blade on some blackboard CHALK PENCIL. I give you some examples of things to make with your chalk pencil sculptures, but please feel free to use your imagination to make whatever you would like with your chalk sculptures.  The choices are virtually endless of the things you can make.  So, grab the materials needed and let’s get started.

MATERIAL NEEDED for Venkateswara swami’s chalk sculpture

·        White Chalk

·        Different sizes of Pins

·        Surgical Blade with handle

·        Fevicol Gum

HOW TO sculpture Venkateshwara swami on chalk

·        Take the Picture of Lord Venkateshwara Swami which you decide to Sculpture on chalk…

·        Observe the picture carefully which part is identifying…

·        Here I selected 1 picture (see the above picture)

·        There have 3 parts in picture 1 is face with crown, 2^nd Shanka, 3^rd one is Chakra

·        If I carve these 3 parts carefully I would be a success.

Don’t  worry I will explain u Step by Step……

Let’s Start Part–1 Face with Crown Sculpture on Chalk

    Step: 1

Ø  First Take a Chalk… it will 8cms of size

Ø  Take blade and cut the chalk into 3 pieces

1.    1 piece 4cms

2.    1 piece 2cms

3.    1 piece 2cms

    Step: 3

v Take 4cms chalk,

v Draw Venkateshwara swami’s Head&crown’s outline,

v On total 4cms, 1cm is head, and remaining 3cms is Crown,

v In face…… We want to Sculpture Nose, eyes and lips….

v So.. Draw eyes 1st…..

v Than draw Nose between the eyes…

v and draw lips under the Nose…….

v Scrape away unwanted portions on face carefully… with help of blade or Pins

Work slowly, exerting very little pressure so that chalk will not crumble…

Now first part is Ready

Let's go Part – 2 Shank Sculpture on Chalk Pencil

§  Take another piece of chalk (2cms),

§  Draw the shank's outline with help of PIN,

§  Which we want keep it that, remaining parts remove slowly as shown on video (Refer Video)

Work slowly, exerting very little pressure so that chalk will not crumble…

Now second part is ready.

Lets go Part – 3 Chakra Sculpture on Chalk Pencil

    Step: 4

§  Take last piece of chalk (2cms),

§  Draw the Chakra’s outline with help of PIN,

§  Which we want keep it that, remaining parts remove slowly as shown on video (Refer Video)

Work slowly, exerting very little pressure so that chalk will not crumble…

Now third part is ready.

Final Stage…

v Now take 3 pieces 1 Face with Crown, 2 Shanka, 3 Chakra

v Now take another chalk (3cms size)

v Stick the 1^st chalk on the 3cms Piece of chalk (refer the video)

v Stick the 2^nd Chalk beside the face…

v Stick the 3^rd Chalk another side the face

Now Venkateswara swami’s Chalk Sculpture is Ready
